If any items are received in a damaged or defective condition, please contact us immediately (within 5 days of delivery). We will immediately replace any damaged merchandise or refund the damaged portion of your order, except for PackTite orders. For PackTite orders, customers must contact PackTite directly via email at service@packtite.com with any service questions. We can not accept any returns of or provide any refunds for PackTite heaters at this time.

If you would like to return or exchange any unopened items, we will gladly exchange them for any other size needed or refund your money, less shipping costs. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee to cover the cost of inspection and disposal. Please call 888-587-2332 for an RGA number and to discuss the return/exchange. Returned items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and in good condition in order to be replaced or refunded. Customer pays for returned shipping. Unfortunately, we can not accept returns for any items that have been opened or removed from the original packaging due to potential exposure to bed bugs.
